Kelly Clarkson

KellyKelly Clarkson, in full Kelly Brianne Clarkson, (born on April 24, 1982 in Fort Worth, Texas, U.S.), American performer, songwriter as well as a TV personality, who was able to establish herself as a pop rock star following being crowned the most popular TV talent competition American Idol at the age of 22 in. Clarkson was raised in Burleson (Texas), a suburb of Fort Worth. Her vocal talent was recognized at 7 years old from the head of the choir department at her school. Following graduation, Clarkson moved into Los Angeles, where she was unsuccessful in her attempt to enter show business. When she returned to Texas in 2002, the singer took part in the Fox Broadcasting Company's American Idol. This singing contest allowed the audience to select their favourite performer. The viewers were in love with Clarkson's captivating personality, voice, and humor. She won one million dollars and she signed a recording contract with RCA.
