Ruth Wilson
Ruth Wilson has won two Olivier Awards as well as she has also won a Golden Globe Award. She made her Broadway debut with Nick Payne's Constellations in the role of Jake Gyllenhaal. Her best-known role is as Alison Lockhart, in Showtime's "The Affair" and for which she took home an Golden Globe Award. The Little Stranger is among the films she has appeared in. For Hedda gabler Wilson, she was chosen as a Best Actress Olivier Award nominee. Wilson played in the BBC miniseries "Luther," nominated for eight Emmy Awards. In the BBC miniseries "Jane Eyre," she got nominations from Golden Globes and BAFTAs, as the Best Lead actor. In 2007 the actress made her London debut with Maxim Gorky's Philistines in the National Theatre. She also was a part of Ingmar Bergman's Through a Glass Darkly, made into a stage adaptation to the stage by Almeida Theatre.
