Coleman was born in Blackpool Lancashire. Coleman graduated from Arnold School Blackpool, where she achieved straight As for her A-levels. She is active in the business since 1987, and has appeared in various TV shows and films. However she has been more prominent on TV as opposed to films. Eva played many parts on the screen, but two stand out in particular: the Dr. Maria Santos' role in All My Children as well as the role of Detective Natalia Boa Vistas' in CSI Miami.
